"no doctor in this world would recommend this diet". well, i would not either but doctors usually have absolutely no clue about diets. so, why ask a doctor? i would not do this long term because you get a protein deficiency and lose lean mass. in my case, i will try it and cycle it with strict carnivore. two days potatoes, two days ground beef and egg, two days potatoes, two days ground beef and eggs. people might think that a rib eye steak would be higher quality ==> wrong. ground meat usually come with more collagen, because it is cheap. but the higher collagen content is the think that we should look for. and everybody knows: potatoes, ground beef and eggs IS DIRT CHEAP as well. some important things: NO drinks with artificial sweeteners, nothing added, no salt, no butter to the potatoes, never vegetable oils for frying. no carbs to the beef & eggs. no added shit. not combining potatoes with beef. i eat as much as i want. if i want an exciting drink, i drink unprocessed unpasteurized ACV with water.

When I lived in Milwaukee growing up in the '50s we had a neighbor - Mr. Balestrairi - he had an alley behind his house with a fenced yard. We would play in the alley and when the ball went into his garden he would yell at us. When my best friend and I started a garden across the alley from him he would give us gardening tips and became friendly with us. I wonder if he was related to these guys. I was recently horrified to hear then see my little granddaughter being held down by both parents and 2 dental staff. I ( of course ) had to say ‘ back in my day there was a board that ,…’ And can you believe the dentist said ‘ we don’t use those , it’s traumatic’ ? Getting held down by 4 adults isn’t traumatic? No adult doing the holding can be all that calm .However, with the child temporarily restrained it frees the staff has room to be creative with supports ( gentle talk .pats ,pictures , encouragement, music) And importantly, to explain gently to a child why a person needs it to help stay still so the dr can do his best job and fast !

Wow, just seen this and was so surprised when you said "haircut" there is no way i could have my son at both things in one day. He is so distressed with haircuts he throws up and we cant book an appointment during normal operation hours otherwise customers try to "save" him. He is 4 and wont answer if i ask about testing, in fact he will probably have a meltdown.
